On any modern car, as long as you have ABS stuff like hillholding is relatively trivial, possibly ESP etc. as well.
Mine has all of them and while the hillholder is pretty convenient, the good old handbrake trick is almost as easy and equally fast once you get some practice at it.
As for the others, you've got ABS which is definitely the most important bit and the one you'll trigger the most by far. A stray patch of wet leaves hidden in shadow at a stop? ABS will shorten your braking distance in these cases where you're caught by surprise, but if you're driving normally, 99,9% of the time you won't even be close to the limits of braking.
ABS has saved my ass once and made me aware of black ice etc. at other times. There's a reason why it's standard on all road cars today.
As for the others, I can count the times they've been engaged in my car on one hand. That's one hand for all of them combined.
ESP? As TDQ said, the Panda is a very safe handler, you'll know what's happening long before anything serious is going on and be able to slow down easily. It has never triggered on my car, even with relatively spirited driving on the skinny standard tyres.
ASR/MSR? This one can be useful, I've triggered it a few times in surprise icy conditions when trying to accelerate away from a full stop while being a bit hamfisted with the clutch, it really does help a bit in those situations. Then again, there's a reason why the "ASR Off" button is displayed prominently in the middle of the dashboard, sometimes it does more harm than good. Back when I was driving an old Corolla on bald summer tires in the winter (which you should NEVER do!) I still managed to set off from a patch of icy road by feathering the clutch a bit. In short, you probably won't ever need it unless your tyres suck.
Hillholder? As I mentioned above, it's a nice convenience, but absolutely not something I'd pay extra to have.
Unless you regularly break the rear loose or spin the front wheels from acceleration (a bit hard in a Panda), save the money and don't worry about it
