Took my 100HP back to the dealer as there was a banging
noise from the N/S/R after checking on hear for known probs
and they changed the rear shocks no hassle or cost to me
so a big thanks to everyone. And best of all no banging from
the back..

Glad you got it sorted. A heads up though - mine were replaced with exactly the same design so may fail again.

I'll bear what ya said in mind and keep an

My 100HP is going to the dealer this week for a similar knocking noise (from the rear and there's something to be heard up front too), and a loose rattle from the steering column, oh and sqeeky brakes.

It'll be interesting to see what the problem is and what work needs doing. Seems to be fairly common.

Mine is going in this Friday.
It needs two new shocks at the back.
If it happens again within 4500 miles/ 10k km they will pay 50% of my KW lowering set...

The rear brake calipers appear to be the main source of knocking at the back on mine. The failed balljoint is the knock from the front, which is a bit carp at 21k.

Love the double entendre "carp".....
