I thought I'd improve the dash on my K-reg CLX by adding a clock. Simple, I thought! However, three things have me stumped:

1. Even tho it's connected to the correct block, the clock only works with the ignition on

2. The screw holes dont line up.

3. It's in the 'usual' place for a Panda clock, but it seems too big for the hole in the facia panel.

Are there different clocks available?

Any tips?

1. You've wired it up wrong, or the wiring block is wrong and not connected out of the ign circuit.

2. The clock looks as if it's slightly out of straight when the dash cover is removed they are all like this.

3. The fascia panel is what then makes the clock look straight again that's normal. Oh! BTW there is only one clock size

The wiring was already there; I just plugged it in. Wil check it's connected properly at the other end. Wil try a re-fit tomoro.

Only differences in some clocks are the faces. Sizes and wiring are all the same.

Where all the screws go to the left of the clock, and where the dash mounts has melted away and I now have a floopy dash
