Hi everyone just joined today I have a Punto GT 1996 p reg so thought id better join the forum. does anybody have any GT parts for sale like the original air box or the exhaust I no it's wishful thinking but thought I'd ask

Full exhaust.. or just back box ?

I was looking from the cat back currently got straight pipe but would like an original saw one on eBay but was in Torquay collection only :-(

Welcome, Nice to see another GT on here , it looks very tidy ,[emoji1303], partsworld did have a batch of air boxes £30 including air filter but I think they have all sold now .

Get some courier quotes

the factory exhaust has been out of production for years and years - it had been when i had my GT over 5 years ago. To find one would be kinda amazing, to find one in good condition would be even more mental! lol
Best thing to do, and what i planned to do when i had mine but never got around to is get a custom stainless one made in the same style as oem.

GT's in general are pretty thin on the ground - as much as i hate to direct people off the forum, facebook groups are probably best source of bits and pieces for these 2nd hand now.

Anyhow, welcome aboard. GT looks nice from the single pic, and its faster than other ones cause its red lol

Okay thanks yeh I thought it was a gem to see one on eBay never did get it I currently have a stainless steel straight pipe from flexipipe no cat ? but would love to have an original style exhaust with cat for the emissions test yes I will have to get one made from scratch at some point in the future I did find a company that does it for like £250-300 including the cat in Sheffield i think.

U no Wats mad...... I hate red lol ..... Just bought it cos it was a GT but red is one of my least favourite colours i seem to have bad luck with red cars and my GT is no different its like people are attracted to crashing in to red cars lol u don't even have to be in it... it could just be parked up minding it's own business come back to it and someone has hit it ? one day I would love to go back to metal and repaint it but that's a big dream
