Have developed an annoying rattle, not coming from drivers door but coming from somewhere under the dashboard area steering wheel area, looked under the bonnet nothing obvious anyone else had this rattle?

Intermittent had brakes and discs done last March, New front tyres in sept just started recently the rattle seems to be inside

the footwell air vent is loose, i think the rattle is higher up behind the instrument panel most annoying

Just passed my 2nd MOT on 36317 miles all ok car in good condition, the annoying rattle behind the dashboard has gone for some reason maybe it knew it was the mot ha ha !!!!!

We have two Tipo's both under 5000 miles.
The 1.4 will only do 35 and does not do long runs so not sure what to expect but the Astra 1.4 we replaced gave 42mpg on mainly urban and town running.
The 1.3 diesel turbo will give 72mpg on mixed journeys of 5-20+ mile and I do not do much local driving as it will screw up the PDF.
Great cars and a hell of a bargain.

They do nothing spectacular but do nothing poorly. Same size as a Focus. Well screwed together and LEX leasing purchased thousands for Taxi/UBER? cars and
the auctions are full of them all with 30-50k selling at 3-4k.
If they took that sort of abuse without bad press they must be reliable.

Anyone got a 124 Sports Coupe for sale?

has anyone had any dealings with stoneacre fiat in newcastle, just weighing up options as richard hardie in sunderland had the monopoly for a while, also my car does have its fair share of dents and scratches but mostly just wear and tear, as per the recent thread about the tipo being prone to dents.

Has anyone had their brake fluid changed I've had mine 2 years and its 4 years old now, when is it supposed to be changed, I've never been told if it has

Hey guys, I used to own a 1600 automatic Lounge that averaged 38 mpg over the 3 and a half years of ownership. The 1.4 Tjet car is averaging 40.9 mpg.

9 days, 8 nights; 1,050 miles holiday trip - 3 people with full luggage compartment in our 2017 42,000 miles Tipo Estate 1.6 diesel Lounge (17 inch wheels). 25 hours of driving at an average speed of 42 mph. All 4 tyres set to 36 psi.

From home in London via Carlisle to Dumfries and Galloway and back via West Yorkshire.

We got 50.5 mpg UK (42.1 mpg US, 5.59 L/100km).

My brim-to-brim calculated diesel consumption loosely agrees with the trip computer.

just had my 4 year service on 39000 miles, car in good condition, mileage still good compared to the petrols, garage seemed very busy and they were saying theres a big shortage of second hand cars, theyre having to buy direct from the public, seems this is the best time to sell!!!!!

Has anyone driven or got the MG5 EV excite, they are electric and automatic, I keep getting emails from Richard Hardie sunderland offering £750 if taking a test drive they start at £25095, my tipo 1.6 diesel is now worth more than I paid 2 years ago just looking for advice at the moment.

I know this is quite an old post, but just something to point out. I noted that you said in an earlier post that you took your wife to hospital 3 times a week. If she works for the NHS there are significant discounts to be had with the MG affinity scheme, with the MG5 EV excite available for £20,940.36. See link below.
