took me a minute to realise what FIAT you have..,


any warning light on..??,
sounds like a misfire..most likely being coil packs,

now you'll say it's a JTD.. - let us know more before you buy any parts..!!,

I was initially just going to say " you need food..!!",
being 3 am and all..,

sorry didn't know how to post a question. airbag warning light is on.every now & again the engine management light comes on but goes off. its turned over ok this morning but not driven it.

Random electrical issues. Check the battery terminals are clean. Make sure battery is in good condition.
Check voltage when cranking engine and when it is running.

update :- it was misfireing so had injector changed & now something else is wrong with it.

You mean a different problem? Did the replacement injector sort the shaking and power loss?

its still misfireing...I haven't had it back to drive yet so I dont know yet

so who's doing the work..??,
there will have been codes stored from the yellow engine light on dash,
these help the diagnosis - post then on here.,

my cousin. he has mentioned something about codes & the ecu

so it's a 1.6 stilo is it..??,
I had initially guessed as a punto 2..,

as you'll now be well aware the Stilo are unusually succeptible to electrical issues..,
by all means use a code reader as a guide, however NO NOT change parts it's Flagging up, as it's only a diagnostic tool,
a great deal of the time it will be a poor connection. bad earth.. or an associated component failure..!!

post Exactly what the code is ,AND what the car does.. in the Stilo section.. somebody will have had this issue before,
