Hi all, Got a problem with seicento 899cc. year 2000. The car has been converted to a cone shape airbox and the previous owner threw the original box out. I want to change it back to the original filter and have been offered a housing unit from a seicento 1.1 1997 car. Can anyone tell me if they are the same and if so where the lower hose on end would fit. Thanks.

Hi is the cone type filter just on or does it have a silicone or metal pipe taking it to below the bumper? Interested if you want to sell it and I think they are the same but I think spi and mpi may be different!

The filter housing from the 899 is totally different to the 1108 version, even though the 1108 version will fit over the throttle body there's no factory method of securing it anywhere. Short of ye olde faithful zipties of course!

Pop a wanted ad in the Classifieds up top though, I'm sure there are plenty of folk on here with standard 899 airboxes looking to get rid from their sheds
