Hello everyone

I am stuck in a dilema, not sure what I should go for, so hoping opinions from a few of you would help me with a decision in nearby future.

Wife is going to be going to university soon and so can do with a bit of a cheap run around. We have three kids, however I am at work by 7:30, and so catch a bus so if something happens, I better be able to be mobile at a moments notice.

So this is what I want:

Low tax
Avg fuel econ
Space for three kids, mummy and a whole load of bags for their day
Little as possible luxuries

If it is a non runner, I will consider it. I work for a (am I allowed to say this ) Fiat garage, so parts are available for me. (In fact, I just discovered new MK 1 shocks, brand new!). I have until September to get something.

Also, being a newbie in this business, I am not 100% sure what to find in a car that may be troublesome, or good in fact that may be a selling point to me. It would help me views from Fiat drivers of all sorts.
