Is this a standard wheel?

Anyone know if this is a standard wheel?(please see attachment).

My reason for asking is that I took it down for a new tyre, and they told me
the right front was missing the locator, so it was just held on by the four bolts.

They also said it was a custom made bit (how they'd know that I don't know) and that the best bet was to replace all the alloys with steel rims.
(Ouch, and a shame because they look good.)

I suppose one option is to get the locator from the other side and try to find a place to make one..

Any thoughts appreciated.

Steve
P.S
I just get in my Audi and drive it, for 110K miles with no issues, how boring is that.
;-)

What was missing?

An adaptor..a centering ring ?

Not the best pic.. but not dissimilar to FIAT alloys of that age

I must admit, that looks like a Rover wheel to me, possibly from a late 90s 400 model.

They definitely look aftermarket .... if its missing a locating ring aka Spigot ring then they should be pretty easy to get hold of ..... you just need the diametre of the hole on the wheel and the centre bore size which is 58.1mm, then look online
