I was just wondering if there is any website you could get fiat parts for cheaper than I would find them in my local parts shop. My car needs a lot of basic servicing - timing belt, gaskets, oil, spark plugs etc so I want to get it done as cheap as possible,
Cheers

First, welcome to the Forum. This is the best place for Fiat car advice.

First port of call is often Euro Car Parts, branches everywhere, for click & collect, or mail order. Not the cheapest, but close, mostly, if local, very convenient.
http://www.eurocarparts.com/

A branch of the same organisation, same parts, but almost always cheaper is CarParts4less:http://www.carparts4less.co.uk/

A Fiat specialist, loved by many on here, is Shop4Parts:https://www.shop4parts.co.uk/

Another option, if you don't mind waiting a few days longer is Mister Auto:http://www.mister-auto.co.uk/en/?gclid=CN6I-bKPrLwCFYUIwwodLB8Aqw
They show a lot of 'BOLK' branded stuff, which is apparently an own brand. Some have advised to avoid that, so with any of these, brand names are a safer bet, although a bit more expensive.

Cheap is not always a good idea. Although, no need to pay more than necessary for the same stuff. Skimping on servicing can lead to pain later.

For specific advice on your model, post in the section for that model. Give details of the car, model, engine, year, etc.
List the parts you need, someone will make specific recommendations.
Update your profile to show location (nearest town is good enough). Others nearby may offer help, or locally specific advice.

If you find something really cheap, post a link here and ask.

Hi,
you've not stated what FIAT these parts are for,

for an older car.. there are places that essentially shift/give away old stock - parts that aren't exactly flying off the shelves..;)

I know of a local parts distributor who has a skip full of brand new boxed parts - that are now "obsolete" - on a weekly basis..

Thanks for the replies. I found the best prices on carparts4less, I will go and compare them to my 2 local car parts shops. Its for a car I recently bought ( 1.1 cinquecento, its my first car). It hasnt got any service history so I am changing the timing belt and tensioner also the alternator belt, fuel and air filter and a valve cover gasket because it has oil all over the engine. I spent the whole day today pulling the car apart, I actually found a very useful guide on the forum on taking off the timing belt.
