hello all, i have a fiat punto active 04 and iv just noticed a slight whistling sound coming from the dash and i was wondering if anybody has experienced this before? im a novice when it comes to engines so any help would be brilliant, thanks in advance!

Is it behind the clocks or around the vents?

And does it change if the engine speed increases, or if the road speed increases?
