Sound system help for new'un

i appreciate the fact that this has more than likely been asked before.
my recent cars have been easy to sort stuff like this out, but with this one i need a bit of help..

basically.. i now own a 1.4 fiat bravo sport 16v
and i need to know -

1 - how to fit an aux cable and what ill need to do so
and
2 - how to wire the sub up and what ill need to do so
