What upgrade are you referring to?
what broser you using? it only designed to work on IE so others you may get problems

IE7, everything else works, it just halts when I try and do a part number search?
just tried it on a number of part i got today and it worked fine
i sometimes have problems but i use firefox so that will probably be the reason!
The problem I always get when I want to use it is to many viewing :bang: but I do get problems with the pages halting all the time ..we got acer here at home ..dont know if that makes any difference :shrug:

yeah,its not acer compliant
Still works but its painfully slow ..quicker using the one in my favourits..:nerner:neh na
It's all due to the new version. It wasn't designed to run online with loads of users and is throttled in a number of places - along with only having a 5 user limit.
Quick solution is to drop back to the old version which didn't have these restrictions, however that won't be of any use for people with later cars.
Long term is to wait for me to catch up with everything so I can sort out a proper method, however, the search function can't easily be replaced - so will continue to work (or not work) as it does now .....

I use 4.7.0 on IE. and yes works lot better onIE then mozila . IE 6is far more stable. same for www.technicalinformation.fiat.com
