locked up for theft! this is the uk. and my first offence for theft.

day 3 jug goes to court and gets let off with a caution and 120 hours community service.
day 4 jug starts to get paid.
day 30, jug buys a 911turbo

you know its true. the jails are full and theft isnt a violent crime, and i pose no risk to the public. there's no way you could get locked up for it, thats why its so tempting.

Effectively breaking and entering, trespassing on private property with intent to steal, theft of goods, handling of stolen goods and attempting to make profit from stolen goods. Added all together I would suspect that would be regarded as a serious crime, though like Paul I'm no Judge

ahh but your not breaking when entering.

and even if you do trespass its VERY hard to actually 1) proove it (cctv ain't enough apparenlty, neither is statements and eyewitness accounts ),
2) can only be held upi in court if criminal DAMAGE was actually commited, then you've got to proove that.
3) the guard might just let you in the front gate with an emtpy artic if you give him £20 and some cake


and from the looks of the nov photos' everything was still on.

obviously they went bust whilst midshift, went home, then they couldn't afford (since they didnt exist any longer) to send some people round to close everything down.

some fantastic places about the UK to go and explore.

wallsend and hunters is pretty close to me, althoguh there are far more interesting loactions A LOT closer to me. e.g disused chemical plants in sunderland (two of them), which have always beckoned to me.

also a few other places that I won't say anything abou until i've been and seen it.

trespass isn't a criminal offence. its a civil offence.

Breaking and entering is a criminal offence though, which is why it's very important on how you do it, even being a civil offence however you have to be careful, can still mean you end up in court.

I'd love to have a look round the Moor hospital in Lancaster, but I would be too scared to go in, apparently it is haunted.

you dont go to jail for burglary, you can easily get off if you say you're guilty and its a first offence. i dont agree with burglary, but nicking a few wheels from a disused rover factory is a victimless crime.

who legally owns all that stuff now? surely they would have to report a theft. and its highly unlikely that anyone knows what is in that place to start with. would anyone even miss a few dozen alloy wheels? no reported crime = no one charged
