I was stopped at red lights, gonig from outlet to faringdonw park (you know, where the lights are for the bus lane bit ) (Fiat forum ppl wont know this!!)

saw a car come up behind me with no lights, he didnt stop, althoguh going slow, and hit my car! i indicated left as the lights went amber, went left onto the little road, hoping he'd pull over aswell, NOPE!!! he pisses off past me, still no lights, and through the buses only bit at the end!!

didnt get his reg was a young lad in new shape black fiesta. i reckon he was gonna stop, saw i was on my own then thought different!!

i was shocked & crying (yes, im a poof!) went straight to where my friends were, where a few people looked at it, and there's not so much of a mark on my car thankgod - just had a rear end respray!!

are you ok?! i hope he seriously damaged his car

Apparently someone else was hit by a black fiesta that night without lights on, could be something to do with that new insurance scandal?? (but wouldnt have thought so in a newish car!?)

if you called the police i'm sure cctv would have captured it, its hard to find traffic lights that arent on at least 1 cctv camera.

sounds like a drunk or underage driver if the lights weren't on. probably a kid with no license driving mum's car without her knowing.

The TS centre was opposite, i did contact the police, so i guess its in there hands, im not too worried, i dont need money to repair the car as theres nothing on it

if you've got body coloured bumpers, pay very close attention to them. they may start to get little hairline cracks that willl come away showing the paint primer when washed.

Hope they catch the scumbags.
