95 ron fiel - 97 ron fuel

just filled up (after reading the optimax thread)

i use unleaded as do most of us on here. but this time used super unleaded which is 97 ron before it was 95 ron this wont damage my engine will it? tank was practically at the constant red light stage,only went out when i breaked

i didnt notice performance increase when i ran the fuel just noticed it ran out a darn site faster.

Louie is running it aswell now and he claims its more powerful

Try the Tesco 99 RON stuff - I am tempted to try a tank or two of it.

if i could get the tesco stuff i'd be running it. increased CR needs a higher octane fuel

It will only do good putting in higher RON fuel, has more detergents in it so a cleaner fuel system, more combustive (if theres such a word but you know what i mean), and definately essential in tuned engines as arc's said

It will make a difference to performance, albeit a tiny bit. just makes a better combustion IMO, so feels smoother.

useing it in my 1.6 Dynamic and better responce much smoother
