Grey in your reputation means bad does it?

Whats a refferal? Gaz has one and i want to know what it is

How often can you give rep to the same person?

Can you literally give rep to everyone on here or is there a limit?

Referral is where you have directed someone to come to the forum: when you enter your new details I think there is a box where you can type in the username of the person who directed you here so they get a special mention. And yes I think grey is bad so to the evil peoples who gave me grey.

You can give rep to the same person again as long as you have given it to lots of other people in between so yes you can even out their score by giving them good rep at a later date .

Does anyone know how many poeple you have to give it to before you can give it the same person again?

So do you lose a point for bad and gain a point for good? I've got 22 points but lots of people have given me bad with nice comments
