What's made you grumpy today?

Spent 7 hours yesterday wet sanding the Puntos bonnet and wings, corrected the sanding marks and still noticing really really deep scratches that still haven't passed from 1200 grit and 2500 grit and at least 8 passes of heavy compound. Beyond a bloody joke now  Got to the point where I haven't got the balls to test the coats of paint, dare not go down to the base coat. Swirls will have to do :(

Lesson learnt, don't polish a turd. Waste of time.

Then today I have spent all day helping my friend move house and the girlfriend reversed into a Jeep... 3rd minor accident in the first year. Minus the lack of beer/cider payment, it's been a long day.

It will have the same engine as my parents car then, it's pretty punchy but I think pretty uninspiring to drive. I thought your astra would be more fun?

The astra has its moments, dont get me wrong :)

was just nice to get out in something differnt, its wierd, it has 140Bhp and 236lbs/ft and slightly slower, but it feels more refined..

i guess because its essentially a "new" car, its a lot better built and is an excellent car.

love the astra though (y)

Modern diesels are very refined, don't sound anywhere near as bad as some of the tractor's from early 2000's.

Nah it will just be your "reputation" rating with your bank. It won't effect your credit rating as it's not a credit agreement.

the standing orders that are missed are boiler finance for said property and a loan :bang: It's not the first time I've missed them through none payment of rent (n)

Going to give Nationalhomebuyers a call and see what the catch is - if they will buy it and I can walk away with no debt I'll take it on the chin to never ever bother doing something like this again.

I know this wont help with your current finacial situation, but if your tenants have missed more than one of their agreed payments in your rental agreement then you can give them their notice to pack their bags.

I know that my flat in Huddersfield last year had a clause that said that i could be evicted with notice if i "missed 2 consecutive payments or 3 overall payments within 12months"

Next years a little easy and i pay in blocks of every 4months.

It might set you back, but at least you can find a tenant who will pay
