its a very clever advert because it has everyone talking about it. this thread is here for a start, how many other ads got a thread created about them? people at work have been showing those that missed it, everyone is talking about it, i bet it even results in a few people digging up their old phil collins tapes.
when i saw it i thought it was stupid, it has nothing to do with cadburys or even chocolate. but then you should consider the purpose of the advert, and ask yourself how well that purpose is served, then you see it is actually an excellent advert.
