That one won't work. According to https://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx you'll need an ELM327 interface.
Apart from the ELM cable you'll need the software itself. If you want to read out other systems than only the engine management you'll additionally need a yellow adapter cable.

Well, yes, but! - Go and have a look at Gendan's site where you can see all the options. Multiecscan itself also has an excellent site which you can spend hours roaming around in. You need to be aware that the cheap options (unlicensed) for Multiecuscan give very limited functionality but if you license it I don't believe you can buy a more useful tool at this price point. Also, although I have no experience of them, (and know nothing of the site you quote above) people on the forum seem to have had problems with "cheap" ebay interfaces.
I literally purchased MultiEcuScan today, the 50 euro one. Got to the end of my tether with misfiring as I had no way of resetting the ECU to perform a phonic wheel calibration. Hit reset, annoyed the neighbours by revving it up and finally I have no more flashing EML lol.

I can't recommend MES highly enough. Another ebay interface and leads that is known to work is

Hi, so here's an alternative to the unknown clones.
Can you confirm you can access ALL the modules WITHOUT the so called 'yellow' adapter ? I really doubt since it would require swapping wires OR a totally different internal circuitry (with entry selector) and there is no switch to be seen on the picture...

Go ahead with it and buy the MES license, you won't regret it ! 80ish £ is what you'd pay at the Fiat stealer for a single scan...
