Thanks for that! I've got 3mm washer tubing that I use for my boost gauge at home...That is not a vacuum hose. it only sees boost. I say this because at that diameter pretty much any hose can cope with the small 1.3-2 bar boost.
You need to measure the diameter then Ebay => xmm silicone vacum/boost hose.
OR:
Just cut off 2 cm of the hose you have, then stick it back on; reuse the clamp. takes 2 minutes. OEM quality!
Zip-tie the boost controller solenoid to something. This is probably the reason why the hose split.
Hey matey. Did you find the correct hose in the end. Having same issue and think I want to replace hose fully? Thanks for that! I've got 3mm washer tubing that I use for my boost gauge at home...

Will this be okay?
It doesn't move too much, I think it's just happened over time.
The car over boosts at about 22psi...

I would appreciate a picture mate.Hi,
I came across this type of tube you have, that someone previously installed,
I wouldn't recommend this,
Like mine before replacing, the tube gets too hot and soft, so when pulling a vacuum, the tube would collapse/squeeze,go get some 4mm high heat resistant tube, should only be a few bucks from your local hardware store,
I'll get a photo if you would like
Thanks mate. Appreciate you doing this and sending me the message. Appreciate itSomething like this
