Help and advice needed. On our new 2008 Fiat Grande Punto the heating system airflow at the heating vents on the windscreen, face or feet are warm but the air is only just about blowing out. The the engine is at temperature and the fan works on all 4 settings. I've uncovered the air intake in the engine bay and there is no obstructions. I've also removed the fan and that is clean and works fine at all speeds and
the temp resistor is also ok. I've also renewed the filter between the fan and the rest of the heating system. The heater matrix is working ok, hot water in and out! The flaps and dash dials all seem to work ok. I'm at a loss as to why the air flow out of the heating vents is so poor, maybe I'm expecting too much! What is your experience of this? Am I missing something here? Your advice and experience would be most welcome, especially as winter is almost here?
