Hi everyone, first post so a little nervous :)

I have an 2007 1.2 Petrol GP with about 87000 miles on it which I bought as my first car about 3 months ago. I am really happy with the car and it suits me great. Though I have had one or two little niggles which I wonder if anyone can help with?

Firstly, a couple of days ago, I drove to work as normal and everything was fine with the car, no dash lights on or anything. I went out at lunch and parked for about an hour with the radio on, cooling fan on and I had the door open so the interior light may have been on (I don't remember). When I went to start it back up again, I turned the key and it just made a clicking noise from the engine bay, The radio reset and all the presets deleted plus the needles on the dials sort of flickered. I left it alone for about an hour and when I tried it again, it turned over fine. It has run fine for the last three days with no issues.

Also, and it has been doing this since before the not starting incident, when I turn the lights on, they flicker for about a minute and then settle down, but if I turn the indicator on, they go out and I have to sit there for a bit whilst they come on again, sometimes, I just touch the stalk lightly (not actually move its position) and it turns them back on.

Lastly, when I lift off the throttle at any speed, there is a grinding/rubbing noise from the drivers side corner (I don't think this is related to the other two).

I'm not a car expert, but I've had a look on the forums and people are saying that it could be a dodgy battery or some damp could have got in the fuse box.

Apologies, it has been a long post, but if anyone can help, It'd be much appreciated.
