Re: Brake pads

I know someone who had green stuff on there mk1 escort and it was the only time he ever got brake failure. I don't trust them personally

Re: Brake pads

Personally when I come to change im going to use Mintex. Great pads and very little brake dust - so wheels look cleaner for longer

Re: Brake pads

I wouldnt recommend Mintex, simply because they squeak for ages after fitting, regardless of how much grease is used.

Performance wise they are much the same as OEM.

This is on a T jet with cross drilled discs

Re: Brake pads

I put some Brembo ones on my GP and I haven't heard a peep out of them.

I got them nearly half price though so that why I bought them they should be about £90.00 normally been on the car for about 5 months and they are brilliant IMHO.

Regards
Stephen
