morning guys, wonder if you can help, having issues starting my 06 plate grande punto 1.2 active, has started taking 6 to 7 tries before it will start, it turns over but doesnt seem to catch, usually after quite a few tries it does, but this morning an amber engine light has come on the dashboard and the temp guage didnt seem to be working, got to work stopped and started it again an the guage is working again the car started no problem but the amber engine light is still on, anyone have any ideas?

Hi, Have a read of my recent thread and see if it applies to you. The problems I had with my wifes car were similar to yours and an easy fix in the end.
