right i can't believe i even have to post this, but!! need to replace both my headlight units having had a minor prang :bang:

anyway, the screw at the back of the unit, that is accessed through the archliner flap, is being very...italian. i.e. obstinate; its stuck solid and no amount of wrenching and wd-40 is shifting it

any thoughts?? i have one completely loose (except that damned screw of course) headlamp and the other is not far off either :-/

If the headlamps are caput, and you can get to the screws easily enough, you could try to apply some heat with something like this .

My head lights was the exact same mate remove arch liner and drill it out thats easyest way thats wat i had to do
