Technical One headlight bulb won't turn on

Hello everybody, so I got an issue, one of my front headlight doesn't work but when I turn on the high beam it works, so the bulb is fine, I've checked to see if there were separete fuse for each headlinght sides but haven't found one so I'm a bit lost on what to do. I would love some help !

If it is a twin filliment bulb it is common for just the low beam filliment to fail .
Just fit a new bulb as first step.
