Hi there.

Put petrol in the GPS yesterday & the black petrol cap wouldnt lock afterwards. When I looked down into it, I saw a small piece of plastic had broken off.

If I take this to my local dealer, are they likely to say it was my fault and charge me for it? Or will it be fixed under warranty? I know it could have broke from me being too forceful with the cap, but I didnt notice anything out of the ordinary happen when I filled up.

There is only one way to find out.........ask them.

You should be ok - The same happened to me - the dealership replaced it - said they had a few where it had happened before.
