Guys does anyone think having the optional leather is actually going to add any value to a GPS when it comes to re-sale I mean obviously it may be slightly more desirable if available but on a car like a GPS do you think it makes a difference?

Nope... not a lot anyway but at £600 as a dealer option new its good value, I cant find an aftermarket place to do it for less than £800 on my GPS MJet.

No mate, spoke to the lady (is she Chinese?) and best she could do was £900
The £800 quote was a company in Wiltshire... too far for me. Appreciate your help tho T-JET, it was worth a shout. Wifey wants my New Orleans Blue on next year tho, so I might look for a leathered 1.9 MJet next March to replace it, and I for one obviously am a very happy FIAT owning person, 19k miles on the clock now. Bostin Car!

Oh right my mate got his ford focus fully re-trimmed in red and black leather for £600 there, so that comes to abit of a shock. Maybe they have increased there prices.

Did'nt think it would add much its wierd though as far as I am aware leather interior in Puntos is a fairly recent option and only available on the GPS

you'd have a job with a higher spec Gp surely due to the side impact air bags in the seats...

i don't know about that, he had his cobra bucket seats re-trimed in the front.

what is the place in wolves that does the re-trim also the guy your on about with the focus is his name biggy and had his car featured in fast car recently

I have the leather in mine, i didnt pay any more for it than one that didnt have it, its VERY nice to have though

The place in wolves used to be called shesh leather or something like that don't know if it still is. Yes it is biggy that i'm on about and yes i saw his car in fast car last month, sound guy with a mint car.

i like my non leather, not so cold/hot in extreem conditions and the look sweet

yup, i have silver dots not leather. I would not want leather either, i love my seats

I much prefer the leather, I really hate the silver dots.

I like my orange poke-a-dot seats too.
