Right, thats almost a week of Bravo ownership again, beginning to think about longer term plans for her. Nothing thats going to cost the earth, just a few minor tweaks really!

Mechanically, she seems not too bad. Will need to replace the CV's at some point, but it's not sounding too bad at the moment.

Exterior wise I'm thinking about keeping any changes minor. Need to finish debadging, one wings done and ones not, plus I may well de-badge the tailgate. Last Bravo had a fair difference in paint where the badge had been, so I'll see. Smoked side repeaters (well, I want smoked but can't find any :S might have to go with clear) and maybe back to marea polys again! thinking about a 30-40mm drop, a refurb of the old Stilo Alloys. I'd also been hoping for a nice leather interior (the dundee spy) but I have it on good authority that the donor cars now been scrapped. With the interior inside! :dunce2:

Inside, the stereos already been changed over, got a good deal on a Sony MEX BT2500. It's got bluetooth so a lot more handy!

The bodywork needs a tiny bit of TLC, but generally the cars a LOT cleaner than any other Fiat I've ever owned.

Wee update - All being good I should have an assorted pile of new treats on Saturday...watch this space!

Still a bit unsure what to do with wheels though - the HGT alloys seem universally loathed, wondering if the Stilo alloys I bought from Hamish could be refurbbed easily enough?

Maybe its a bit of nostalgia, but thinking that in terms of looks the HGT will be what I wanted the last bravo to be. Polys are on the list and should be on soon :guitarist: Im also thinking about colour coded handles, but ATM not sure if I'd go for marea front or rear handles. Anyone selling a META remote kit? :D

What's the TVR solution for the button under the mirror when the battery goes flat?

Please excuse the crudness of this... I've just done a wee photoshop on what I think I'd like the HGT to look like. I know the colours out, but I'm basing it on a previous shot of the OLD bravo as it had quite a few of the bits on it that I want on the HGT. Bear in mind its also missing the HGT front bumper, but I've owered it, done a suble bit of colour coding, and Im now 99% convinced the stilo alloys will be making a return.

Stilo alloys do look good on the Bravo, the 16s fill the arches rather nicely. I remember a certain white Brava that used to kick around on this site with the same alloys as I've got...looked much larger on that :)

See, with the budget I'd have Stilo claws like a shot. But they're not cheap!

I'm now convinced a refurb is on the cards. It's begun though, side repeaters are now on and actively trying to find lights & door handles! Just an absolute chore to find some for a reasonable price!

Yeah, think those went for a little over £400, which was an absolute steal as they'd just been refurbed and powder coated as well as being shod in Goodyear F1s.

Don't mind Claws myself, but prefer the cleaner look of the Blades. I think a refurb of the one's you have could be the sensible solution. Could get them done in the Shadow Chrome like some Abarth Stilo's had and Hamish's JTD of course :)

Not bad at all to be fair (y)

Righto, thanks to Stuarty project Bravo has made some huge progress today. A few new toys to be fitted including, hopefully before glasgow, some polys :slayer:

Can anyone remember which wire it is that's different to the bravo? Theres still some of the loom for most of them, I have the strangest feeling it's the sidelight but just not 100% sure!

Gaiters don't look too bad at all. Just wondering how easy they'd be to fit on the Stilo, probably just some removing of the centre console and the like I'd presume. Quite fancy something like white or a light grey or something. Nothing too bright :D
