June 12th 2005 years ago was a very special occasion for the FIAT Forum – it was the date we attended our first ever show, AutoItalia at Stanford Hall in the Midlands. Every year since, this always gave the largest forum turn out as we grew and grew.
No one could deny though, that whilst the forum presence stayed strong, the actual event was slowly dying off – and finally, this year, the prophesy has come true, AI Stanford hall is no more. RIP.
So what does this mean? What will you guys all do during the summer month?
Don’t worry – we’ve got the perfect solution, so may we present to you ForzaLIVE!
What is this event?
Short version: This event is the brainstorm of the FiatForum's event staff following the demise of AutoItalia @ Stanford Hall.
Longer version:
We've listened to all the compliments and complaints about the shows we’ve attended over the years and now we’re ready to offer you something that takes the best of the best and fixes the worst of the worst.
The main element of an Italian car show stays the same, the Italian metal – but we aim to go above and beyond just a “meet and park” type event, we want to make this a fun day out with actual things to see and do (not just the outside of a country house).
So to this end, we’ve hired the MFN Club up near Nottingham, giving us a massive field area to park up and get displayed. We’ve made sure there will be low priced food and drinks available (seriously, can you believe Stanford was like £5 a burger!!?) – and then we’ve put our heads together to work out what would just make the day great.
We came up with:
- Show ‘n’ Shine Area – with prizes for the dazzliest motors
- A Rolling Road (provided by FlowDynamics) (See below for details)
- A Music Stage Area, so you’ve got something to listen to (or dance, up to you!)
- A Trader Area
- A 33ft Bungee run with competitions throughout the day
- Plus extras that get added as ticket sales increase

So we ask you all to come and support us with our first ever mainstream event – buying an advance ticket really helps us out (lots of money is going down in advance) – and by knowing numbers, we can work out what else we can lay on for you all
With your help, we can make this the biggest Italian Autoshow this side of the pond – spread the word, and get your tickets today!
And don't worry about anything going wrong on the day, we've got you all covered with the help from our friends at Chris Knott who are providing liability insurance for the event
The FF Stand
EVERYONE IS WELCOME! Don't be shy!
This is a great opportunity for newbies to meet fellow Fiat owners, socialise and talk about your pride and joys (if you want). Come along, chill out on the stand, have a nosey at other members cars and enjoy a fantastic day out!
Getting On The Dyno
If you want to know for sure just how many HP your beloved FIAT is putting out, then no better way that to get it rolling road tested. Flow Dynamics will have a mobile RR there on the day, providing you with 3 runs to get your best and a laminated print out to prove to everyone after.
We are taking bookings for these in advance (as they require a minimum to turn up) and slots are limited, so if it's something you want to do, please purchase the add-on ticket from the shop.
Of course, if there is time on the day and slots available you can book it in then - but no guarantees!

How do I signup?
Well firstly EVERYONE IS WELCOME and indeed the more the merrier - there's just a few things we ask of you:
- Buy your ticket from the ForzaLIVE! website
- Please click the "Add Me" link at the top of this thread, choosing how many +1s you will bring (if any)
- Fill in the Event Registration form found in your user control panel (we use this to make the name badges as well as try and plan a design a bit)
