Hi i am a newbie to the site and joined up to give a little info on an old camper van i have in for repair. (Peugeot boxer)
It came in as a non start after being stood for several months and had the apparantly usuall imobilliser failure.
Searched everywhere for a diag plug if there ever was one and trolled Fiat and Pug site's for a way to start it using an emergency start but it didnt work and no info on how to recode the key's or bypassing it.
Looked into a new module ar £120.00 + programming.
Long story short i disconnected the battery with Ign ON and reconnected it and
IMOB light out - still non start but left it with the light out by disconnecting battery method again for 1/2 hour and fuel pump stopped thumping away and it now starts as normal.
So if anyone finds this usefull and gets them out of a tight spot then great.
