Does anyone know if a remap is offered yet on the Euro6 models, if so can you advise. I have a 130 model. I’m based in Lancashire.

I have tried two of the big names who both say not yet on offer for Euro6 models and no impending launch date.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

If you carry out a remap save up for a new clutch and gearbox. The transmission is operating near the maximum design torque of these parts with the manufactures settings. In fact with the objective of reducing warranty claims the actual power and torque settings are below the specified values.

i,m not so sure mike, plenty of mapped vans that havent popped their boxes,,,my mapped 3.0litre has only just started an occasional slip at 47k miles ,so not set in stone ,most MH owners do less than 3kmiles a year ,,their unlikely to see failures in their ownership,surely a 150 van would have an identical gearset to a 180 anyway? although the factory engines have very flat torque curves to mitigate stress on those components
