Technical Injector removal x290 twin egr 2017

A while back i did a leak off test and decided that i will renew one injector. Since then ive read all sorts of gloom and doom about replaceing injectors.
Here's offending injector. Do i apply plus gas or any expensive penetrating fluid first (24 hr wait) seen one on amazon £30 a bottle is this required/ advised.
Is there a specific puller reccomended? or type to be avoided. Its a Motorhome and not really used in winter just monthly 30mile warm up. so im not in a great hurry. is it just the one bolt in centre holding the clamp down. should i take van for a run before adding releasing fluid? what is typical cost if done by a diesel specialist?

I recently did all four on my multijet and they look like the same injectors. I soaked in Plus gas the day before and just kept wiggling, then as it gets a little bit of movement spray some more in. Eventually the Plus gas works in and it’ll release. I didn’t use a puller but obviously would have been easier with one. Had more trouble getting the old copper washers out! Make sure you’ve got a small enough torque wrench for refitting them

I used spray plus gas from Screwfix which is £9.99

Vacuum clean top of engine around the injector . Do not drop anything in the injector hole while injector out.
