I strongly dissagre.Usually nothing goes wrong with the throttle position sensor, it's the connections to it that become bad and cause problems.

Search the forum and I bet you will find more than one with a faulty throtle house
Sensor and housing are different items,
As I mentioned in your other thread, have you cleared the fault after replacing the part using a code reader? And what code reader have you used, some may not identify the correct fault.
If you have cleared the fault and it re-occurs straight away I would suggest either incorrect diagnosis/part replaced or even incorrect part supplied.
Throttle bodies are really common, position sensor personally I've not come across
