Please can anyone help with either some info or a link to some help on cleaning the EGR valve on my Ducato 2.2 multijet 2007 van.

I have searched for hours with little success on this engine, I cant afford to put it into a garage at the moment and it is sticking and causing sudden loss of power.

It has had this problem about every 12/18 months since new and so far has been fixed under warranty.

If its still doing it it hasnt been 'fixed' under warranty. Take it back and get them to do it properly.

Theres not a great deal you an do/clean, after you take it off and open case you an clean/grease the cogs but thats really it.

Are you sure the fault doesn't lie elsewhere?
