Hello all,

Was hoping one of you fine people could offer any advice. Just noticed an oil leak in the passenger footwell of our 2002 Ducato 2.8 JTD and not being mechanically minded have no idea where it's coming from.



Any thoughts anyone?

Air conditioner or heater matrix leak I would imagine.

Cheers for the info. Would either of them contain oil? I'm only assuming it was oil as it was on my shoe and rather slippery.

Antifreeze is ethylene glycol which feels slippery, air conditioning contrins oil for the compressor too.

Cheers again! I tip my hat to you, think you're right. It's been leaking a bit more and wasn't oil, was too 'thin'. Also think the little tank of 'coolant' is looking a bit lower.
