Hi.

I'd like to get a discussion going about adding cruise control. My 2015 1.6 Multijet does not have it and I'm interested whether simply plugging in the full stalk arrangement would be enough. For example:

I thought I'd take apart the steering column shroud to get a feel for what was present with the wiring and such but was unable to take the top part off. It looks as though it might involve removing the steering wheel.

Has anyone added cruise control? Any comments?

Thanks,
Roo.

Hi
Also as on fiorino vans and qubo's is the wiring loom supported?
You will need clutch switch and a different break pedal switch and is the wiring there for these to be added?
Some fiorino and qubo's have the supported plugs but somewhere in the wiring loom they are not connected as the wiring loom can be in different sections joined together
Also the ecu may not be supported
This is a very grey area doing this upgrade and a lot of time and money can be spent and could be a complete waste of time

Thanks for your comments Luigi, all things to take into account which I hadn't considered.

I'll climb into the footwell soon and take a look at the pedals and see what, if any, switches and wires are present.
