Technical Doblo torn tube need help

Hi guys,

I'm new here, I have a 2013 Doblo 263 and while changing the oil filter I found a torn tube. Can anyone tell me what it is and if that is the reason of the exhaust smell in the car?

Is it easy to repair myself? (I am not too bad repairing things)

Hi it will be better in the long run to renew the hose, personally I would purchase one, complete with clips.

Fiat Part No. 51878188 Clips are re-usable "Click-R", part No. 13125170 but you need a special tool like this www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hose-Clip-Pliers-Click-R-Type-Collar-Clamp-Swivel-Drive-Shafts-Angle-Clamp-CV/252813814440

Probably any oil resistant hose of the right size would work but unless you have some to hand it's probably easier and not too expensive to get the right part.

Hose is part of exhaust emissions so will be cause of smell. Fixing should help running and fuel economy too.
