hi wonder if anyone can help

today i hooked up a trailer to the doblo while the car was running and left indicator was on

the problem as soon as i plugged trailer in the indicator stopped flashing when i got in the car the mileage was flashing too

i take the ecu has had a fit and something when out of sink

is this an easy problem to fix ?

Hard to say what has gone wrong. With ignition off unplug the trailer then disconnect the battery, Wait 5 minutes ( have a look at the fuses while waiting if you have not done so already), re-connect battery and turn on ignition (don't start) wait 30 seconds, turn off and remove key, turn on / off / key out twice more then start engine.
If this does not reset it you need to get dagnostics on the car either a garage or Multiecuscan www.multiecuscan.net
The flashing mileage indicates a communication issue / mis-match betenn the electronics units ( CAN bus). A fault code read and proxi-alignment using the diagnostics will clear this.

i have not checked fuses yet ive noticed my hazards aint working either

ive got Multiecuscan but a really old version 2.2 but not sure how to work apart from service reset

i will post more info tomorrow

Old version of MES will still work. Proxi-Alignment is under the "Body" system.

check all fuses today all perfect

tried disconnect battery key on/off etc still the same

tried MES but when i Proxi-Alignment execute it fails

it says (body computer node failed configuration not supported by system error

any ideas?
