Can anyone throw any light on this fault please 2010 new shape 2.0 multi jet
ABS light on in the car
I had a mate put his code reader on it and got.
ABS Valve Ready MK60EC ?

I have had a clicking noise in a rear wheel while braking at low speed so was expecting an ABS sensor fault.

Is your mate's reader Fiat specific? Or just a generic code reader?

I'd seriously recommend multiecuscan which will show a lot more than a generic scanner.

Sorry I can't help with your original question though

Hi,

Think it is just showing the abs controller version. Found this on Google :

ABS controller, MK60EC/1 (ABS/ASR/ESP) and MK70M (ABS/ASR) which now uses long coding.

As suggested, I suspect you will need Multiecuscan to diagnose the code correctly.

My 2011 car has the clicking sound from the rear under braking. I assumed it was a load sensor as when I have anything in the rear of the car it stops. I don't have an ABS warning on the dash.
