I tried to start my 1.6 16v (cca 160000 km) Doblo and I directly noticed that the bzzzzz main fuel pump sound was missing.
I checked the voltage on the pump itsself - it gets some 23V if i remember well, not starting the pump.
My questions are:
How do i pull out the pump, there is this white rim that holds the pump body, should i turn it counterclockwise? It's not moving at all. What tools should i use?
Is there some sensor, switch or something that prevents the pump from starting?
Some ideas what to try before i order a new pump?
I'm really need the car as soon as possible so any suggestion is very appreciated.
