Does anyone know if the speedo etc form a new cinq (Speedo, TAcho, fuel and wtaer) will fit on an old cinq (Speedo, fuel and water). Obviously the tacho will not work, but they're so much easier to mod. And i know i would have to do the legalthing and match the clocks up.

Any ideas?

i thought the tacho and non-tacho were sporting and 899 respectively? The sporting clock set will fit in the 899 straight swap so i've been told. There is probably a way to get the tacho runnin aswell

They are all interchangeable. Don't know about wiring up the tacho, I swapped the complete loom as well so it just worked.

You might have problems with putting a sporting speedo in a 899cc cinq, Simply because they use different gearboxes, plus the speedo's from the two models show different max speeds.

It should go in but chances are it'll giv a false reading

if i had to swap the instrument panel on a brava. would the mileages on the clocks be swapped too?
