Anyone got any idea how the Tacho on the Cinq Sporting is wired in.

I fancy putting in a Sporting dash into my SX and dont have the tacho wiring in situ!! And Haynes omitted the tacho from the manual in their wisdom.

Looking at the wiring connectors, it might actually work. Pop to the scrappy and get the sporting dials and then swap the speedclock over, plug everything in and it might work! The tacho wiring is housed in one of the 3 connectors that plugs into the side of the dash instruments.

If it don't work, you could always sell it.

that dont work i had the sane idea and now have a nice set of clock with no rev counter !! i looked at both sporting and sx plugs which attach onto the clocks and there is only one wire that is aditional and a few that just need swapping around in the plugs . easy job jus then find out here the red wire goes which i still gota do jus aint got the time if i find out ill let u know
