I just received a brand new Seicento windscreen washer pump for £7.39 including delivery. It's from an ebay seller based in China so it took a couple of weeks to arrive but at that price it's worth having a spare handy. I think they have the other front/rear combined type as well but at the moment it's Chinese new year so their ebay shop is closed and can't be viewed.

Just fit the new pump and was a straightforward swap. Only thing to note is that the filter off the old pump does not fit this pump. I decided to fit it without the filter but obviously this isn't ideal.
Another thing is that the new pump came with a new rubber grommet to hold it to the tank but it is not shown in the photo of the ebay listing.
