my cars still playing up, loosing power and revs and then stalling itself.

so in a desperate attempt to fix the fecker im doing all i can reasonablly do to sort it. if you can think of any other suggestions please tell me

put in some Injector/engine cleaner
new air filter
new sparx
new oil filter
getting ECU diagnostic next tuesday (thats see what that brings up)
getting new fuel filter on thurs

anything else??

what have u tried, it sounds like a vacuum leak / split map sensor pipe to me

no had a mechanic mate check over all the pipes and tubes as that was my 1st thought. so its not that.

blocked cap?

i suspect fuel starvation, hence the new fuel filter.

fuel filler cap - should vent to stop vacuum if it doesn't the pump will not
