OK I did a search and cannot find it - my washer is not sending water front or rear though I can hear the motor(s)

I tried to access it but cannot figure out how to loosen the arch liner and every thread suggests its really easy without telling how - I found about five x 10 mm screws but it did not come loose - what have I missed ?

Also any suggestions on the washer aspect - there is no puddle on the ground after operation - thanks

If both the motors are running then the washer tank is empty or both outlet pipes are leaking is there a puddle underneath the arch liner?

It only takes one of the motor seals to go and water will go=come out pretty quick.

If the tank was full of crud all of the jets could be blocked, there may be a pipe union at the tail gate opening which you couls undo and run the motor again.

Wheel off first.

Various 10mm bolts, plus a 12mm bolt connecting the tray under the rad to the arch liner (with a 12mm nut behind it, leave it connected to the bumper, it can stay hanging as long as you won't be driving without the arch liner), remove the centre piece first behind the shocker, as long as some garage you have been to in the past didn't chuck it in the bin because they couldn't be arsed to refit it...

Remove the other 10mm bolts and kindve pull it down while pushing the top of it back a little it to remove it from the lip on the metal part of the arch, then work it out of the arch.

Clean up the connectors and fit the pipes back onto the motors, add zip ties to make sure they stay put this time and test. You might need to remove the one way valve (near where the bonnet stay clips in - see if water comes out of the little hole on it when using the front washers). I replaced mine with a small piece of pipe just smaller in diameter then the other two tubes.

Put aside a couple of hours and a swear box to get the liner back in...

Make sure it isn't getting caught between coils on the spring when you first put it in, left side in first with a 'wedge' under the car just ahead of your feet if you was in the car and the bit that goes into the outer lip, swear, work your way around the top, the first bit has come back out, swear, etc...

Do the bit on the right last as you can flex the bumper a little bit to help you get it in.

You might want to put one of the 10mm bolts back in once the left side seems to be in place.

While the liner is out you may wish to break out the wire brush and waxoyl (BBC disclaimer: other under body sealants are available)
