aint interested in selector in boot or subwoofer or ought like that but i really want a cd where you put one in and it sucks it in. So how do I put it in I have no idea. Should I just get a specialist to do it

If you buy it from Halfords they may fit it for free

beware though

those sucky inny cd players (for want of a better description) are a bugger to sort out if the cd gets stuck in there.

i have had to resort to connecting my cd walkman to listen to cd's recently because one got stuck in there and i can't for the life of me work out how to get it out again

at least with a tray like on a pc you can pull the bloody thing open

Yeh but there arent any single cd players with a drawer. You can get headunits with a built in 3 disk changer which has drawers but there not cheap. So really all car cd players are the sucky-in type, like it or lump it

isn't there a hole that you can shove a paperclip down to release it? I'm sure there is on mine

Could always take it out and carefully open it up with a screwdriver.

Ive had to do that with integrated Hi-fis and PC CD ROMs before, its not that hard, just needs care not to scratch the lens!
