Hi, my name is Bogdan. I am from Romania and I own a Fiat Bravo HGT 1999 made. I've changed 2 pistons, and the headgasket, and after refiting, when i've tried to start... the yellow light with CODE appeared and didn't came off. can you help me in anyway?

sounds like the blue key codes have been lost by the code box.

do you have the red key? you can use it to reprogram the blue keys into the immob. only takes 5 mins.

i have only one blue key. what can i do? is it possible that the machanics didn't fit a cable, or a ground cable where it should.... and when I put the key on MAR position the injector light doesn't appear, either the oil pressure one. I've looked under the car but I have founded only broken cable that goes in the engine block.. i think is the oil pressure sensor... any ideas?

the injector and oil lights dont come on either! oh dear :(
it sounds like the ecu isnt even connected
either that or there is a serious wiring fault.

does the starter motor still turn the engine over?

yes it does. can it be from that wire that has the conector broke? my mechanic broke it and i'm sure that is the oil pressure sensor. that's why the oil light isn't on my dashboard when i switch the key to MAR position.

P.S. Please excuse my english knowledge!!

your english is far better than my romanian. :D

i would definately repair that wire first in case that is the problem, but i cant see how the oil pressure sensor can affect the immob or the injector light. there must be other wiring problems.

but, i will ask you one more question... if the ECU dosen't recognize my key... the injectors lights must work on dashboard?

that means it is an electrical problem, not an electronic one.

Who can help me to bypass my immobilizer

I have no red key, no other key... no one can help me with my problem.... if someone can bypass my immobilizer pls reply.. or if u know someone who can do it

i've took my Bravo to my loca fiat dealer, and they said the car dosen't communicate with the fiat/lancia tester.... and nothing else...and they give my car back as it was, any others ideas now?
