Sports Exhaust trim

Guys,
Just dropped my HGT off 2 have an electric window problem fixed and I ordered the sports exhaust trim out of the FIAT parts catalogue 2 c what it was like. Does any1 know if this will fit straight on 2 my HGT's exhaust without the need 4 any modifications ? The dealer seemed 2 think it would as the catalogue said it was only unsuitable 4 the Diesel variants.
I can't b arsed with buying a whole new exhaust, especially if it means having 2 re-fit the cat. every time I go 4 an MOT. I'd just like a nice bit of chrome poking out from my rear !!! LOL Ooh eer :)

Cheers,

Rob.

Hi Guys,
Just thought I'd let u know that I fitted the exhaust trim yesterday with no problems and it looks nice :)
I simply crimped the end of the existing tailpipe and fitted the trim, using a rubber mallet 2 make sure it was on as far as it could go.

I'll b posting pix soon so u can c what it looks like if any1 is thinking of buying this trim.

Cheers,

Rob.

Roberto,

Is that Fiat Facia Adapter the normal one? It looks slightly less rounded than the one I had, looks better!!

I expect its the same, just looks like it fits better.

Thanx Ben....yeah, black does look good.
Regarding the mats, I only bought those as a temporary fix as when I picked the car up, I had 2 travel 2 Birmingham with 3 passengers and the dealer didn't have the Abarth 1's in stock, but I'll replace them soon :)

Cheers,

Rob.

I think the Abarth mats are good. Got some in my Seicento and they set it off quite nicely. Better quality than the standard Fiat ones and they wear resonably well.

Hey Roberto,

Your car looks very smart. Have you considered getting your rear light cluster smoked, it'll look very mean :D

Hey Roberto, can you tell where you found those Abarth Sills?
Do they fit for the Stilo too (if anyone knows)?
